Before entering the real estate profession I had a successful career in senior management, including managing more than 1,000 employees as Vice President of Operations with a Fortune 500 company. My background also includes 15 years of negotiating multi-million dollar promotions and venue contracts with commercial real estate operators and city-owned convention centers. I have been on both sides of the table in negotiations, as a seller and as a buyer. I use my experience to negotiate effectively on your behalf with an eye for detail. In real estate, the difference between a positive and bad experience often times comes down to effective negotiations. I am an effective negotiator.
