• Professionally Assist the Tenants and Owners Through the Experience of Owning
  or Living in a Rental Property

Fee Structure:

Leasing Fee:                  One Month's Rent

Lease Renewal Fee:      50% of One Month's Rent

Minimum Contract:        One Year
